After trying many different devices that claim to relieve wrist strain. Natural Point’s SmartNav3 was the only product that was able to significantly reduce the pain in my wrist so I could continue to do my job, It literally saved my career. 

By incorporating breakthrough technology they developed a device that uses Infrared light which is emitted from the device and is reflected onto this reflective adhesive material (that you can attached to yourself or an item, such as eyeglasses, hat, etc..) that allows you to control the mouse cursor by the movement of the reflective material which in my case is attached to my eyeglasses. Control of the cursor is very precise and with just a mere inch or so of movement you can cover the entire computer screen. Keyboard hotkeys can be assigned to activate the left and right mouse button’s and pause the device when needed.

Natural point has also produced products along the lines of SmartNav specifically designed for the gaming and optical motion capture environments.
