Unable to view site since upgrading to Movable Type

Description:  I have upgraded Movable Type 3.6 to movable Type 4.1  and it said it was succesful but i'm now unable to view my site. I can login but can't view my site. It just reverts back to the Movable Type login screen.

Resolution:  . I republished the index templates for your weblog, so Movable Type would recreate the weblog's main index page on the server. If you browse to http://www.oregonjournal.info/movabletype/ and refresh the page in your browser, you should now see the main index page for your weblog.

Cause: Because Movable Type has been installed in the same directory where your blog is being published (which is something we normally do not recommend), the index.html file provided with the Movable Type distribution replaced the main index index.html page for your weblog
