Description: Appearing offline on Windows Live Messenger even though i'm online.
Resolution: Only people on my Allow List can see my status and send me messages. That wasn't checked and so i did that and it worked.
Cause: Only people on my allow list was not checked, not havingt this checked prevents people from seeing you online.
