Lotus Notes Import dialog box
Description: When user opens up New Memo a Import dialg box comes up along with the new Memo.
Solution: Go to Lotus Notes, tools, prefrences, signature and change it from html/image file to text and click OK
Cause: If the user dosen't have a signature and the signature settings are set to html then an import dialog box will come up when they create a new memo.It's trying to locate the signature file and it can't.
